  • Private 1:1 Coaching (30 mins/month) - This is your private, individual coaching session with me. Sessions are limited and are booked on a first come, first served basis. This 30 min session is valued at $175!

  • Group Coaching (1hr/week) - All members are welcome. I will coach 3 to 4 women live, as time allows. I will also address pre-submitted questions from those who don't want to be coached live. Requests to be coached must be submitted by 5pm ET the day before. You will be called on live if you choose during the call if your request has been selected. Even if you are not coached, you won't want to miss hearing relatable stories, circumstances and issues and how your fellow Club members are coached through them.

  • Expert Workshops (1 hr/month) - See our amazing list of experts below!

  • Peer Support Groups (1 hr/month/group) - There are 4 groups currently: Attorneys, Entrepreneurs, Moms and Stepmoms, and Cancer Patients and Survivors. There is a special space to submit requests for additional groups at registration.

  • Yoga (2 x month) - This is your opportunity to put meditation into motion and find that mind-body connection. One session will be gentle + restorative and the other will be more powerful. Led by certified yoga instructors.

  • Wellness Activities (2 x 1 hr/month) - You will reflect and write on a journal prompt with guided discussions + optional break out groups. A special crystal bowl sound healing session with Reiki instructor is scheduled in April.

  • Guided Meditations (2 x 15 min/week) - I will guide a Monday meditation to set our intention for the week. Each Wednesday we will check in and practice a more reflective, primordial sound meditation repeating a silent mantra to quiet the mind and calm your nervous system. I will support those with anxiety or find meditation difficult with specific prompts. I will also offer a Beginners Meditation session 1x / month.

  • Anxiety Audit Accelerator (1 hr/month) - If you have downloaded the Anxiety Audit and would like time to work on it and time with me for questions or other support, this is your hour! If you haven't downloaded it yet and would like to, click here
