Private 1:1 Coaching (30 mins/month) - This is your private, individual coaching session with me. Sessions are limited and are booked on a first come, first served basis. This 30 min session is valued at $175!

Group Coaching (1hr/week) - All members are welcome. I will coach 3 to 4 women live, as time allows. I will also address pre-submitted questions from those who don't want to be coached live. Requests to be coached must be submitted by 5pm ET the day before. You will be called on live if you choose during the call if your request has been selected. Even if you are not coached, you won't want to miss hearing relatable stories, circumstances and issues and how your fellow Club members are coached through them.

Peer Support Groups (1 hr/month/group) - There are 4 groups currently: Attorneys, Entrepreneurs, Moms and Stepmoms, and Cancer Patients and Survivors. There is a special space to submit requests for additional groups at registration.

Yoga (2 x month) - This is your opportunity to put meditation into motion and find that mind-body connection. One session will be gentle + restorative and the other will be more powerful. Led by certified yoga instructors.

Wellness Activities (2 x 1 hr/month) - You will reflect and write on a journal prompt with guided discussions + optional break out groups. A special crystal bowl sound healing session with Reiki instructor is scheduled in April.

Guided Meditations (2 x 15 min/week) - I will guide a Monday meditation to set our intention for the week. Each Wednesday we will check in and practice a more reflective, primordial sound meditation repeating a silent mantra to quiet the mind and calm your nervous system. I will support those with anxiety or find meditation difficult with specific prompts. I will also offer a Beginners Meditation session 1x / month.

Remember!
- All services are optional + virtual via Zoom.
- All group coaching, expert workshops, yoga + peer support group sessions are recorded and available on the Club platform for 27/7 access.
- You can stay off camera and be a "fly on the wall". Submit questions anonymously or participate live.

Courtney Joly-Lowdermilk, M.S. Ed. - Director of Strategic Services Initiatives at the Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation in the College of Rehabilitation Sciences: Sargent College at Boston University. She joined the Services Division at the Center team in 2014, and oversaw the development and direction of NITEO, and the College Mental Health Education Programs through 2021. For the last 17 years, Courtney been an instructor, director, and program developer in the fields of special education, disability and access services, and psychiatric rehabilitation.
